Modelo de orientação de decisões em transições de carreira

Resumo

O objetivo deste artigo é o de propor um modelo de orientação de decisões em transições de carreira. Para o cumprimento desse objetivo, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica, além de reflexões sobre resultados de uma pesquisa empírica que apresenta um modelo estrutural quantitativo, baseado nas decisões de transição de 457 professores que consideraram ter mudado de profissão quando decidiram seguir a carreira acadêmica. Esse modelo, associado ao levantamento bibliográfico, contribuiu com as reflexões necessárias para gerar a proposta de cinco fatores orientadores que convergem para a tomada de decisões conscientes e assertivas na transição de carreira: Posicionamento do Momento de Vida; Análise da Situação de Origem; Reflexões sobre a Mudança; Balanço dos Recursos; Análise da Nova Situação.
