Liderança para segurança: existe um perfil adequado?

O objetivo da pesquisa é analisar a produção científica sobre “safety leadership” na base de dados da Web of Science. A pesquisa é caracterizada como uma revisão sistemática de literatura, utilizando a base de dados Web of Science e o Methodi Ordinatio. Os achados da pesquisa estão relacionados com as principais características identificadas quanto a liderança para segurança, foram: comunicação entre líder e liderado; oferecer treinamento e desenvolvimento da liderança para segurança; oferecer feedback dos comportamentos para os colaboradores; questões motivacionais, políticas e preocupação com a segurança dos indivíduos. Já os estilos de liderança que contribuem para a segurança dos colaboradores identificaram-se: a transformacional, transacional e autêntica. Por fim, foi possível elaborar uma agenda de pesquisa futura acerca da temática.
