Percepção de estudantes sobre a utilização de chatbots na Aprendizagem Ativa Transformadora em Temas Empresariais no contexto do sul global

Este trabalho investigou a percepção de estudantes sobre a utilização de chatbots no processo de aprendizagem ativa e transformadora em temas empresariais. Por meio de uma pesquisa de campo descritiva, do tipo survey quantitativa, foram coletados dados de estudantes de graduação e pós-graduação em diversas regiões do Brasil, utilizando um questionário estruturado. A coleta de dados ocorreu entre fevereiro e agosto de 2024, abrangendo questões socioeconômicas e afirmações relacionadas a pilares da Aprendizagem Ativa e Transformadora. As respostas foram analisadas utilizando métodos estatísticos, como testes de Mann-Whitney e Kruskal-Wallis, para avaliar diferenças entre grupos independentes. Os resultados apontaram que os estudantes possuem uma visão positiva sobre o uso de chatbots, especialmente quando analisados os pilares de conhecimento e conteúdo, estratégias de aprendizagem, capacidade do corpo docente para implementação, apoio administrativo e liderança educacional e medição de impactos e análise de aprendizagem. O estudo oferece insights práticos para instituições de ensino, ajudando-as a alinhar suas estratégias pedagógicas às expectativas dos estudantes. Também contribui teoricamente ao abordar o uso de chatbots no contexto do Sul Global, uma área ainda pouco explorada.
