Editorial Policies

Focus and Scope

The Journal Manegement in Dialogue Review aims to publish new texts in the form of articles, essays and reviews. This is an open space for teachers, researchers and students who wish to publish their analysis, reflection and research findings. The journal is also open to the public business for their contributions. It was also considered as the main requirement for publication in Electronic Journal Management and dialogue, the production presents analytical and interpretative content, in ways consistent with scientific rigor in the study area of the field of administration. Articles may be theoretical, empirical, essay or literature:

Theoretical Article The theoretical paper will be based on issues related to the administration and submit a reflection / critical interpretation of organizational phenomena, supported by references relevant literature.

Empirical Article The article empirical work should be based on relevant methodological procedures in an attempt to develop analysis and interpretations that produce knowledge or advance in the area.

Essay The paper deals with a free form of analysis and interpretation of phenomena of the administration, presenting new perspectives on relevant topics and approaches, thus contributing to the advancement of scientific output.

Review The review is to review books, theses, dissertations and monographs published in Brazil and abroad in the area of administration.

Peer Review Process

The process of peer review in the journal Revista Administração em Diálogo consists on the steps listed below: The original article will be reviewed by the responsible editor and / or scientific editor in order to analyze whether it complies with the scope and methods and define the epistemological area of evaluation which will be directed. With the definition stage, the item will be shipped to pairs of external evaluators, preserving the autoral anonymity (blind review), who in turn shall proceed in accordance with the following criteria:

1. The article must be approved for publication - no changes
2. The article should be returned to the author (s) for improvement of the text - according to recommendations - and should be reassessed
3. The article must be refused because it does not meet the requirements for publication in the RAD.

In the event of conflict between the indication of the evaluators, the Manegement in Dialogue Review adopts as practice the inclusion of a third evaluator in the process, in order to ensure the quality of the articles published in it.

Acceptance of papers: The Journal reserves the right to submit all documents considered the Editor and Editorial Board and ad hoc reviewers, who have full authority to represent them to the authors suggestions that are made necessary changes to the text and / or to adapt to the editorial standards of the Journal. In this case, those papers will be reviewed by consultants. The results will be forwarded to the authors via e-mail address provided on the act of submission.

 

Publication Frequency

The Manegement in Dialogue Review presents annual volumes with quarterly periodicity; being three numbers per year. Currently journal is presented in digital format, where the reader can easily search for themes, titles, authors, and save the articles in ".pdf" format when necessary, without the need for prior authorization. The volumes will be divided into: n.1: Jan / Feb / Mar / Apr n.2: May / Jun / Jul / Aug n.3: Sep / Oct / Nov / Dec

 

Open Access Policy

This magazine offers free open access to its content, following the principle that providing free scientific knowledge to the public provides greater global democratization of knowledge, and articles can be read, downloaded, distributed, printed or searched. This policy also means that authors interested in releasing their research are not burdened with submission or publication costs.

 

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and allows them to create permanent archives of the magazine for the preservation and restoration. Learn more ...
