Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The contribution is original and unpublished and is not being reviewed for publication elsewhere.
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word format, OpenOffice, or RTF (provided they do not exceed 2MB).
  • All addresses of Internet pages (URLs) contained in the text (eg. "http://www.ibict.br" are active and ready to click.
  • The text is single-spaced, using a 12-point font, use italics instead of underlining (except with URL addresses), with figures and tables inserted in the text, not its end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in "http://revistas.pucsp.br/index.php/rad/about/submissions authorGuidelines #"> Author Guidelines in About the Journal.
  • The identification of authorship of this work was removed from the file and the Properties option in Word, thus ensuring the confidentiality of the revised criteria, if subjected to peer review (eg articles), according to instructions available at ('http:// revistas.pucsp.br/index.php/rad/help/view/editorial/topic/000044 ') "Assuring the Blind Peer Review.
  • Fill a declaration of originality and novelty of the paper submitted should be accepted at the time of article application.

Author Guidelines

The paper submission must be made through the page space, in the following formats: - Text: Microsoft Word - Tables: Excel, - Charts and figures: Powerpoint. 

About shape 

The originals must be presented in the following format:

- Text File: Microsoft Word,

- Tables: Excel (Inserted into the text as "Microsoft Excel Sheet Object"),

- Charts and Figures: Power Point (Inserted into the text as "Microsoft Office Grafic Object"),

- Page size A4, left and top margin of 3cm, right, bottom 2cm, 1.5 space, - Times New Roman: - Main text: 12 points - Quote more than 3 lines of the original: 11 points - not insert footnotes - Paragraph: 1 cm margin, - Alignment: The entire justification Considering that the Administration has its electronic journal publishing exclusively in electronic format, it was adopted in order to facilitate reading, the criterion of a footnote. 

- Formatting: American Psychological Association - APA.

The text should contain up to 8,000 words.

Presentation of the texts It establishes also a standard for the presentation of text, you must follow the following criteria in form:

Title: centered, all caps, bold, Times New Roman, 14 points;

Subtitle: on the line immediately below the title, all caps, bold, font Times New Roman, 14 pts; Abstract in English / Portuguese, left entire justification, more than 100 words, Times New Roman, 12 pts not tabulated. In one paragraph;

Summary should be spelled in Times New Roman font, 12 point, bold, only first letter capitalized, not tabulated; Keywords in Portuguese to the left, full justification, to three words, Times New Roman font, 12 pts, not tabulated; maximum 120 words.

Keywords should be spelled in Times New Roman font, 12 pts, bold, only first letter capitalized, not tabulated; Summary in English, left, entire justification, more than 100 words, Times New Roman font, 12 pts, not tabulated;

In preparing References, adopt the criterion of italics for the title of the book. Do not use underlining. Do not use bold.

Regarding the use of charts, tables, figures and formulas. Use for the preparation of charts, tables, figures and formulas, preferably PowerPoint, and Excel. Prepare graphs, tables, figures and formulas aside and use the "INSERT" to attach text to Ios. NOTE: We will not accept graphics, tables, figures and formulas entered into the text and copy and paste made from within the text editor.
