Guidelines for Methodological Adequacy and Integrity in Business Administration Research

This article aims to provide some guidelines to ensure integrity and methodological adequacy of the research results in the area of Business Administration. The article was developed via critical literature review and desk research and it offers a structure for the research design that goes beyond the presentation of the data collection methods and includes discussions on the research philosophy, logic of inference, research strategy, and time horizons. In addition, it describes different criteria for assessing the integrity of the quantitative and qualitative research results.
