This article aims to address the problem of bullying in companies, a theme that over time has stood out in organizations. The vulnerability and passivity of the employee before the offender demonstrates the hidden side of behavior that is observed on a day-to-day organizations, this article aims to demonstrate because in many cases the employee submits to bullying and why those attacks is always in top positions. The drop in productivity and health problems that arise as consequences of the submission are just a few factors that can trigger.Metrics
