The article aims to analyze, under CONDESUS, the relationship between social capital and regional development. For this purpose, was held a qualitative research, descriptive and case study delineation. For systematization, was used the model of Roman and Rodriguez (2004), proposing the following categories: Dimensions of Social Capital (C1); Mechanisms (C2), and Results (C3). In analyzing the results, it was found that the CONDESUS fostered the development of a regional planning through the development articulated projects between members.Metrics
