Resumo Este artigo apresenta notas críticas sobre o pensamento da gestão para enfrentar o cenário globalizado principalmente no que diz respeito à omissão em relação aos aspectos sociais e do trabalho. A internacionalização das empresas é orientada basicamente pelo paradigma econômico e depende de ajustes organizacionais que criam um processo de reestruturação flexível. As conseqüências da reestruturação flexível para o mundo do trabalho podem ser desde o aumento do desemprego até a precarização das condições e das relações de trabalho. Palavras-chave: trabalho, gestão, globalização. Abstract This paper shows critical notes about the management thinking in internationalization processes. The problem is the omission about social and labor aspects. The firms internationalization are managed based on the economic paradigm and depend on flexible process of reorganization.
