The theoretical formulation has an exploratory basis, trying to explain the port as an organization and how the port worker sees it, constructs an imaginary relationship with it and associates to this image. This study proposes to examine the processes that conduct the workers to incorporate the structures of power and authority, culture, norms and laws that reflect the dynamics of the port symbolic sphere, and how the workers incorporate the port imaginary construction that leads the worker to think as a subject, as a port worker, and that makes them to produce, ideologically, its symbolic and imaginary structures and so far its power, authority, and domination structures that perpetuate the organization and the reproduction of the work thought as such, that is, as subjects that reproduce the organization in an imaginary and symbolic ways.
