Abstract

As organizações que atuam no Terceiro Setor apresentam peculiaridades e desafios para a gestão social. Propomos uma abordagem normativa para o campo do Terceiro Setor, tratando-o como área intermediária, dotado de atributos valorativos, que se expressa como lugar relacional entre o Estado, o mercado e a comunidade no provimento de desenvolvimento e proteção social. Identificamos as exigências que este lugar relacional comunica à gestão na forma de dualidades que reproduzem o ambiente híbrido e os anseios dos atores sociais que se articulam neste campo
