Occupational Stress: A Study with Transport Logistics Company Managers in Minas Gerais/Brazil

The article is a case study on occupational stress in transport logistics managers. The general objective was to identify the elements that put pressure on managers of a transportation logistics company in the municipality of Betim. The instrument for collecting research data was the acceding questionnaire to the explanatory model of stress on managers (MTEG) developed by Zille (2005). The methodology used was quantitative with questionnaire. As a result it was revealed significant symptoms of stress in managers.
