Verify actions related to Cash Flow and the solution to organizational problems; arrange consistent inflows and outflows by specifying all revenues and expenses; analyze all profit or loss; discover possible spending restrictions. The work completed through a case study, qualitative and exploratory interviews, and the data collection done through a questionnaire for 25 stakeholders from one real estate company. It observed that to carry out the cash flow in a solid form one unique person must manage it. In a view of the above, the most relevant implications were that the solid cash flow enables the leveraging of investments and strategic decision making within the organization.
