Em decorrência ao momento econômico, observamos com maior frequencia as aquisições, fusões, incorporações e cisões. Nosso olhar foi para as pessoas e para as emoções que estão presentes nesse processo. Para isso utilizamos a escala PANAS-X, com o objetivo de identificar as emoções presentes neste processo. A pesquisa foi aplicada em 3 diferentes organizações.Metrics
