Understand how knowledge is identified for the Knowledge Management in project management from applying for a Systematic Literature Review in the Web of Science database. This article systematizes the approaches proposed by other studies and brings a new approach considering the phase of knowledge identification as the antecedent phase to the already existing KM models. This study will enable organizations to refine their knowledge identification processes. Thus, starting from the premise that the input to the Knowledge Management models is to identify the knowledge, this study proposes the recognition of knowledge sources and the application of activities to identify knowledge.Metrics
