Abstract

This article aims to identify the contributions of Habermasian thinking to organizational studies in the area of administration in the international scene. The procedures adopted to carry out the research were bibliometrics. The analysis of quotes and references made it possible to ascertain that the main Habermasian work explored is “Theory of Communicative Action”, with its concepts being the most used. It also made it possible to identify the themes of the articles, the volume of production per year, the works of other authors commonly used in articles with Habermasian references, the methodologies used, the most productive authors, the regions with the most authors, and the institutions that they are associated.
