The contribution of technologies to Knowledge Management is imperative. Therefore, it is necessary to consider people's perceptions of these technologies, as these individuals will use them to manage knowledge. This research aimed to analyze, from the perspective of employees of a company in the energy sector, the use of technologies in Knowledge Management. The research is an applied-descriptive case study with a quantitative approach. As a result, the company does not routinely use two of the 14 technologies, and another six tend to be neither in agreement nor in disagreement regarding their general average use in daily activities. The remaining six technologies may be suitable for Knowledge Management purposes. The respondents highlighted all 14 technologies as valuable, easy to assimilate, and potentially adoptable in their areas of activity. The creation of three indicators: Benefit, Cost, and Perceived Value, are suggestions for future research.Metrics
