Managing projects is a daily business activity that increasingly needs to adapt to constant change. Agile methodologies have gained space for this management; however, while systems development teams are typical adopters, other teams are not, such as internal audits. This study applied the Scrum methodology in an internal audit department and used data to bring operational information through a dashboard. Data was also used to provide predictability for planning and measuring team performance. Finally, the results of the department's indicators were compared before and after Scrum to verify the impact of these indicators by adopting the methodology.
