The text emphasizes the importance of developing and implementing Corporate Codes of Conduct as a preventive measure in today's organizations. Given the rapid social and communication changes, companies must establish ethical and sustainable policies that promote rights and respect for cultural diversity. The development of this Code should be a collective and participatory process, reflecting the institution's mission and values. The text proposes practical steps for constructing the Code, including analyzing internal and external resources, validating the content, and disseminating it among stakeholders. It also stresses the need for periodic reviews to ensure that the Code remains relevant and effective in the changing organizational environment, preventing litigation and promoting an ethical culture in the corporate setting.
