A influência da motivação nos treinamentos empresariais

O presente artigo discute a importância da motivação no processo de treinamento empresarial, buscando demonstrar como a motivação que gera a prontidão para aprender pode influenciar o comportamento daqueles que ministram e que recebem o treinamento. Tomando como base as teorias tradicionais de motivação, o presente estudo procura apontar as dificuldades e as soluções para os que trabalham com treinamento empresarial.
