Abstract

A natureza das transformações políticas, sociais e econômicas que ganham destaque no atual cenário mundial fazem com que as relações das organizações com seus ambientes fiquem ainda mais complexas, levando-as a enfrentar o desafio de repensar suas ações e de promover rupturas com antigos paradigmas, ao mesmo tempo que necessitam aprender a lidar com as mudanças que estão ocorrendo em todos os seus domínios e relações externas.
