Abstract

As organizações, principalmente as de negócios, encontram-se hoje, operando em um cenário de crescente competitividade. O tema da Complexidade tem sido usado para entender a necessidade de Mudança e Inovação nas organizações. Com o objetivo de adaptar-se a essas mudanças, uma nova forma de educação corporativa vem sendo desenvolvida. Palavras-chave: Educação Corporativa, Universidade Corporativa, Mudança Organizacional, Complexidade Abstract Organizations, especially business ones, find themselves today operating in a scenario of growing competitiveness. The complexity theme has been used in order to understand the needs of Change and Innovation in organizations. With the objective to adapt these needs, a new corporate education format has been developed by companies as a strategic tool.
