The management of healthcare facilities is a complex process that requires constant review and control due to changes in the healthcare system. One of the factors of effective management is medical coworking, but its role is not sufficiently studied in terms of achieving the principles of patient-centeredness and optimizing the workflow. That is why the purpose of the study was to examine the impact of medical coworking on the efficiency of healthcare facility management. The study used the bibliographic and analytical method, methods of analysis, synthesis, logical and statistical comparison. The ways of influence of medical coworking on the principles of management, namely patient orientation and workflow optimization, were identified. After analyzing patient satisfaction with medical care in 5 pediatric clinics in Kyiv, it was determined that patients gave a higher rating to institutions with developed medical coworking.
