O presente estudo busca refletir sobre o comportamento humano no trabalho, considerando a percepção do empregado quanto ao comprometimento organizacional e à satisfação no trabalho. Os resultados identificaram as variáveis que interferem no contexto do trabalho em um grupo de pesquisadores técnico-científicos e reafirmam a importância de se conhecer e compreender o comportamento humano no trabalho como uma estratégia na gestão de recursos humanos.Metrics
