This descriptive-prepositional article presents considerations on reproducibility and falsifiability in the scientific study of religion. The text is divided into two parts. Initially, it presents the definitions of reproducibility and falsifiability, and how science and pseudoscience operationalize them. The second part discusses the reproducibility within the scientific study of religion, presenting methodological proposals on how to ensure the assumption of falsifiability in the productions of scholars of religion.
