Transcendence and the crisis of legitimation in postmodernity

We aim, from psychoanalysis, which offers us, especially from Jean-Pierre Lebrun, important subsidies to understand part of this phenomenon of struggle to offer full enjoyment in the religious field, to demonstrate the decline of Transcendence as a figure of alterity, generating a crisis of legitimation and authority in postmodernity. This has generated a mutation in the social bond that results in all the transformations perceived with the advent of post-modernity, which have had a decisive impact on the religious phenomenon and, as we will demonstrate, leads to changes in Religion and religious experiences, in a double movement: denial of Transcendence as a representation of limits and/or its redefinition.
