Abstract

Abstract: After the definition of religion as a subsystem of culture, the author identifies the area of intersection between Christianity and Religion. He then reflects on Christian heritage as a Language and on the difficulty of contemporary culture, precisely as religiously disinherited, to fully enjoy its meanings, for the lack of the code. It concludes with the enjoyment of a church’s façade (the church of the Holly Cross – Braga), specifically as religious heritage.
