The motive behind this paper was mainly to uncover the trust mechanism in the field of employee empowerment and innovative behavior. It was hypothesized that structural empowerment and psychological empowerment will influence innovative behavior. Empowerment was also hypothesized to influence trust. We also posited that trust will act a mediator. Data came from 410 respondents employed in the manufacturing, banking, cement, telecommunication sector in Pakistan. Regression analysis proved our hypothesis. In the end, suggestions and recommendations have been given.Downloads
