Inovação e empreendedorismo social: uma revisão sistemática da literatura

Resumen

As lacunas deixadas pela inação do Estado em resolver problemas sociais tem estimulado tentativas da sociedade civil de buscar alternativas práticas que solucionem as necessidades sociais não respondidas pelas instituições governamentais. Assim, o objetivo deste trabalho é sintetizar a literatura sobre Empreendedorismo Social e Inovação por meio de uma revisão sistemática da literatura (RSL), compreendendo o período de 2000 a 2019, com 23 estudos, com a utilização do software VOSviewer para identificar as tendências da literatura e categorizá-las tematicamente. Os resultados foram analisados sob duas perspectivas: descritiva e de conteúdo. O estudo justifica-se pela importância da temática dentro da academia internacional, atraindo a atenção de várias disciplinas, com destaque aos 03 “Special Volumes” vinculados a seminários internacionais de grande envergadura mundial e a tendência de citações crescentes. No que diz respeito aos resultados, observa-se uma concentração de estudos em países da América (34%), em seguida países Europeus e Asiáticos com 22% cada. A Oceânia e a África tiveram a menor participação, com 11% cada do total da amostra. Esta RSL resultou na identificação de cinco linhas de pesquisa, objetivando responder as duas questões de investigação proposta por este estudo. Especial destaque aos Sistemas Nacionais de Inovação como catalisador do processo de inovação a nível mundial. As limitações deste estudo referem-se ao protocolo de pesquisa, que podem ter restringido o número de artigos que constituem a RSL, e ao papel da inovação no empreendedorismo social, como fragmento de umas das questões de investigação, sendo necessário dados empíricos que comprovem esta relação.
