Abstract

This article intentioned to understand the logistic of the Viracopos and São José dos Campo’s airports as part of the competition strategies of the big companies in Brazil that act in the world-wide market. It emphasized that the freightcarrying airports influence the national and regional development and are influenced by the economic dynamics of the cities where they are located, because the load air transportation offers rapidity in the air to import and to export merchandises, but it faces slowness in the land with the congestions in the big cities highways. And Campinas and São José dos Campos’s offer road transport that complements the aero-port logistic, reducing times with merchandises displacements between distinct regions.
