Abstract

Certain applications of artificial intelligence have the ambivalent potential of affecting fundamental rights, precisely because they are capable of generating more efficiency and speed in human activities. But the ambivalence comes mainly from the various negative externalities of AI in particular those that harm human rights. This article aims to explain the risks, in which contexts they occur and what initiatives are being taken.
