Abstract

The paper addresses an aspect little explored in the philosophy of law: the relationship between law and quantum theory. Since the classic Quantum Law by jurist Goffredo da Silva Telles, these parallels have generated strangeness and difficulties in the general framework of legal theories. Despite these challenges, this article aims to shed new light on this relationship, exploring terms, uses, procedures, categories and concepts of law in light of quantum indeterminacies and the technological challenges of generative Artificial Intelligence. It thus proposes a quantized ethics. In other words: an ethics capable of subdividing itself into the most subtle dimensions of the events in dispute and, thus, capable of providing practical procedures for the concept of justice.
