Representações do sujeito subalterno em contextos pós-coloniais: uma reflexão sobre Esse cabelo e Luanda, Lisboa, Paraíso, de Djaimilia Pereira de Almeida

Abstract

Based on the study of subject of representation in post-colonial contexts, this article aim is to highlight and reflect illustrative aspects of aesthetic formulations of social discourses, as possibilities for the understanding of historical realities that bring marks of subordination, in two books by the writer Djaimilia Pereira de Almeida: Esse cabelo (2015) and Luanda, Lisboa, Paraiso (2018). In these books, the concept of subalternity expands in the images of subjects belonging to different social strata, condemned to survive in struggle in post-colonial contexts that explain the perception of non-belonging.
