Ética, direitos humanos e biopoder

Resumo

Através do referencial teórico da Filosofia da Diferença busca-se problematizar alguns conceitos, o de direitos e o de humano. Na prática acadêmico-militante várias interrogações surgem. Apontaremos distinções entre ética e moral, articulando-as à luta pelos chamados direitos humanos no Brasil hoje. Tais questões serão trazidas tendo como cenário a sociedade neoliberal de controle globalizado na qual o poder e o governo sobre as vidas fortalecem-se cada vez mais de forma sutil e sedutora.

Abstract

Trough the theoretical references of the Philosophy of Difference, this article seeks to question some concepts, rights and human. In the academic-militant experience of its authors several interrogations come to our attention. Distinctions between ethics and moral are pointed out, articulating the struggle for what is called human rights in Brazil as of today. Such questions are raised with consideration to the background of the neoliberal society of globalised control, where the power and the government upon lives grow in strength in a gradually more sutil and seductive way.
