Teorema Fundamental del Cálculo: Un Estado del Arte

La importancia del Teorema Fundamental del Cálculo (TFC) como herramienta de cálculo en cursos de formación del ingeniero además por la relación que establece entre el cálculo diferencial e integral motivó la presente investigación, cuyo objetivo es realizar un Estado del arte de las investigaciones empleadas en nuestra tesis de Maestría, cuyo foco es el estudio TFC con la finalidad de conocer el modo en que es abordado en la enseñanza y aprendizaje con el apoyo de la tecnología. Afirmamos, que el uso de software y calculadoras permiten al estudiante coordinar distintas representaciones de los objetos que intervienen en el TFC además, de ser una gran apoyo para elaboración de sus propias conjeturas. El estudio realizado muestra que la noción de función, continuidad y variación son importantes en el aprendizaje del TFC.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the importance of the Fundamental Theorem of Calculus (FTC) as a calculation tool for engineer training courses, in addition to the relationship established between the differential and integral calculus. Its objective is to do a compilation of the researches used in our Master's thesis, whose focus is the FTC study in order to know the way it is approached in teaching and learning with the support of technology. We state that the use of a software and calculators allow students to coordinate different representations of the objects that intervene in the FTC, apart from being a great support for the elaboration of their own conjectures. This study shows that the notion of function, continuity and variation are important in the learning of the FTC.
