Denunciation of injustice and its roles in birth of political freedom

This article aims to show that the notion of justice is not the opposite of injustice. It discuss the modern political progress as the result of a series of denunciations against injustice. These denunciations, although often minorities, have a role in the development of human consciousness. Calas’ and Dreyfus’ cases are presented as examples of juridical errors resulting from judgment based on religious and anti-semitic prejudice. It discusses the notion of injustice from these two cases.Downloads
