Cultura de ódio e memória irresoluta

ABSTRACT
This is a study on the relations between culture of hate and irresolute memory. The methodological path of such analysis was carried out through theoretical-bibliographic research, with conceptual appropriation of the critical theory of society, especially the thought of Adorno. The central questions about culture, such as subjective disposition to thought, and the need to work through the past were compared by analysis of thinkers and commentators on the theme. The results achieved through this analysis demonstrate the need to work through the past as a task of the subject of culture, who is accommodated by the disposition of mass culture. In this sense, it was concluded, based on the elements discussed in the paper, as a great challenge for education and philosophy today, the critical awareness of the recent past as a willingness to confront the social movement that manifests its political content based on the culture of hate.
