Síndrome de burnout em operadores de teleatendimento: o caso de duas empresas de contact center em Fortaleza/CE

Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo geral verificar se há indícios de Síndrome de Burnout em operadores de teleatendimento que atuam em Fortaleza/CE. Os objetivos específicos são investigar as dimensões exaustão emocional, despersonalização e realização profissional da Síndrome. O estudo dessa Síndrome ajudará a compreender comportamentos e os sintomas dos operadores e a tomar medidas práticas para sanar o problema. Considera-se uma pesquisa qualitativa e a análise de conteúdo foi utilizada para tratamento dos dados, em que oito operadores de empresas diferentes participaram de uma entrevista individual e semiestruturada. Os resultados encontrados apresentaram indícios que os operadores entrevistados apresentam Burnout.
