Uma análise da relação entre supervisão abusiva, exaustão emocional e intenção de abandono da organização

Resumo

Esta pesquisa objetivou analisar a relação entre a supervisão abusiva, a exaustão emocional do trabalhador e a intenção de abandono da organização. A coleta dos dados foi realizada por meio de um questionário online direcionado aos trabalhadores das cidades mineiras de Ouro Preto e Mariana. A amostra da pesquisa contou com 326 respondentes e os dados coletados foram analisados por meio da Modelagem de Equações Estruturais. Examinando os resultados, confirmou-se que a supervisão abusiva leva à exaustão emocional e à intenção de abandono da organização. Ademais, constatou-se que a exaustão emocional amplia a intenção do funcionário de deixar a organização.
