Padrões de carreira na contemporaneidade: articulando a literatura internacional com a narrativa de trabalhadoras/es brasileiras/os

Resumo

Padrão de carreira é recurso metodológico interessante para produzir retratos das construções de carreira. Com objetivos articulados, visamos sintetizar os principais padrões de carreira descritos na literatura internacional e construir qualitativamente padrões narrativos de construção de carreira de 46 trabalhadoras/es brasileiras/os, apontando semelhanças e diferenças das taxonomias propostas. A literatura descreveu cinco padrões de carreira (tradicional/profissional, flexível, híbrido, equilíbrio entre papéis e transicional). E a pesquisa configurou nove padrões narrativos de construção de carreira (organizacional, profissional, ocupacional, flexível, empreendedora, informal, transicional, liminar e híbrida). Diversificar amostras e contextos de pesquisa é central para contextualização teórico-conceitual e produção de práticas situadas.
