Patrones de carrera en la época contemporánea: relacionando la literatura internacional con la narrativa de los trabajadores brasileños

Resumen

El patrón de carrera es recurso metodológico interesante para elaborar retratos de las construcciones de carrera. Con objetivos interconectados, sintetizamos los principales patrones de carrera descritos en la literatura y construimos cualitativamente los patrones narrativos de construcción de carrera de 46 trabajadores brasileños. Se analizaron similitudes y diferencias entre las taxonomías. La literatura describió cinco patrones de carrera (tradicional/profesional, flexible, transicional, equilibrio de roles sociales e híbrido). Y el estudio configuró nueve patrones narrativos (organizacional, profesional, ocupacional, flexible, emprendedor, informal, transicional, liminal e híbrido). La diversificación de muestras y contextos de investigación es clave para contextualizar teorías y producir prácticas situadas.
