Resumo

O objetivo do artigo é examinar as diferenças de gênero quanto ao perfil de decisão de carreira. Os dados foram coletados com 431 estudantes do último ano do ensino médio de colégios públicos da microrregião de Cianorte-PR. O instrumento utilizado foi o Career Decision-Making Profile (CDMP) e para análise dos dados foram empregadas estatísticas univariadas e análise de regressão. Os resultados revelaram que, de forma geral, os respondentes do gênero masculino tendem a ter menores níveis médios na maioria das variáveis e em 10 das 12 dimensões do CDMP.
