Atitudes que levam à organização de aprendizagem: o papel do envolvimento e do compromisso organizacional

Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar a relação entre as características atitudinais do capital humano, tais como envolvimento e compromisso organizacional afetivo, com os atributos das organizações que aprendem. Participaram do estudo 256 empregados de cinco empresas espanholas. Três instrumentos foram utilizados para medir o grau de envolvimento e de compromisso organizacional afetivo e os atributos da organização que aprende. Através da análise de regressão de coeficientes aleatórios identificaram-se relações significativas entre compromisso e envolvimento com alguns dos atributos da organização de aprendizagem. Dessa forma, compromisso e envolvimento se caracterizam como fatores facilitadores para o desenvolvimento das organizações que aprendem.
