Abstract

Este estudo se propõe a agrupar características de profissionais que reagem aoassédio moral no ambiente de trabalho. Os estudos sobre este tema, ainda recentes,e também sua importância, sinalizam a necessidade de maior aprofundamento nacompreensão deste fenômeno tão nocivo para profissionais e organizações. O uso daanálise de agrupamentos ou clusters propiciou novas possibilidades de entendimentodo fenômeno. Foram analisadas respostas oferecidas por 175 profissionais deempresas de diferentes ramos e portes a um formulário com questões abertas. Osresultados indicaram que a reação ao assédio, na amostra em questão, ocorre entrea liderança média quando sofre assédio da liderança mais alta.

Atua como docente na Universidade PresbiterianaMackenzie e Business School Sao Paulo em disciplinas relacionadas a Gestão de Pessoas eComportamento Organizacional.

Alex Aaltonen

Doutor em Administração de Empresas pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas de São Paulo e Mestre emAdministração, modalidade profissionalizante, pela Universidade de Londres. Possui graduaçãoem Ciências Econômicas pela Universidade de São Paulo. Atualmente é analista do Banco Centraldo Brasil e professor em cursos de pós-graduação. Tem experiência em administração financeira,gestão de riscos e controladoria, atuando principalmente na pesquisa e ensino dos seguintes temas:quantificação de risco operacional, estatística aplicada ao fenômeno do assédio moral nas empresas,compliance e controles internos, eficácia de supervisão bancária, Basiléia II e análise de resultadosde instituições financeiras.
