A Reação ao Assédio Moral no ambiente do trabalho

Este estudo se propõe a agrupar características de profissionais que reagem aoassédio moral no ambiente de trabalho. Os estudos sobre este tema, ainda recentes,e também sua importância, sinalizam a necessidade de maior aprofundamento nacompreensão deste fenômeno tão nocivo para profissionais e organizações. O uso daanálise de agrupamentos ou clusters propiciou novas possibilidades de entendimentodo fenômeno. Foram analisadas respostas oferecidas por 175 profissionais deempresas de diferentes ramos e portes a um formulário com questões abertas. Osresultados indicaram que a reação ao assédio, na amostra em questão, ocorre entrea liderança média quando sofre assédio da liderança mais alta.Downloads
