Embora Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho seja algo bem discutido, constata-se que são raros os trabalhos que abordam esse assunto, em restaurantes. Este trabalho tem como finalidade investigar como a cultura organizacional orienta práticas de QVT, representadas nos palcos organizacionais de restaurantes do Recife - PE. Para tanto, procedeu-se um estudo de casos, por meio de uma pesquisa qualitativa e descritiva em dois restaurantes: um independente e outro franqueado. Os dados foram coletados por intermédio de observações diretas não participantes, entrevistas por pauta e análise documental.
