Transição de carreira: mudança profissional a partir dos 40 anos

O cenário mundial, as novas perspectivas no mercado de trabalho, são fatores que favorecem os profissionais a trilharem novos caminhos. O sujeito que deseja reinventar-se para além do que é conhecido, tem uma nova chance de aproximar suas inclinações, perfil e interesses, à uma segunda carreira. Para esse estudo, utilizou-se a pesquisa qualitativa, numa amostra de oito entrevistados, acima de quarenta anos, e que optaram pela segunda carreira. O artigo apontou a importância do processo de transição de carreira e sua relação com escolhas assertivas, motivada pelas inclinações profissionais e conduzidas por meio de autonomia, autodireção e habilidade para aprender.
