O impacto do employer branding na atração e retenção de talentos

Esta pesquisa pretende analisar o impacto do employer brandingsobre as diferentes gerações com relação a atração e retenção de talentos, para isso, busca entender o peso da marca dessas empresas aliado com as práticas de gestão de pessoas. Foram realizadas 28 entrevistas, de cunho qualitativo, representando gestores, especialistas e funcionários. Com base nos resultados é possível inferir que o impacto do employer brandingocorre de forma diferente para cada grupo de colaboradores e portanto, criar estratégias de atração e retenção de acordo com o que é valorizado por cada geração, pode potencializar o impacto do employer branding nas organizações.
