Com a evolução do campo de TI, os profissionais têm mais possibilidades de desenvolvimento de carreira, sendo influenciados por aspectos individuais, organizacionais e contextuais. Nesta perspectiva, foi realizada pesquisa descritivo-qualitativa, junto a 30 profissionais de TI atuantes em Minas Gerais, com o objetivo de construir um Modelo de Análise de Carreira para esses profissionais. O Modelo construído sugere que é importante considerar o momento da escolha profissional, a formação e a postura exigidas, assim como as condições da profissão de TI.
