Construcción de una escala multiatributo para evaluar los factores que componen el Job Embeddedness en Brasil

Resumen

El objetivo de este trabajo es probar estadísticamente una escala multiatributo para evaluar los factores que componen el Job Embeddedness (JE) en Brasil. Se trata de una investigación con enfoque cuantitativo y descriptivo, realizada a través de una encuesta con una muestra de 327 empleados brasileños. Para el análisis de los datos se utilizó el software SPSSTM, cuando se realizaron los Análisis Factoriales, y se utilizaron los índices de ajuste y calidad proporcionados por el software AMOSTM. Los resultados también revelan la determinación de un modelo con índices de ajuste adecuados, destacando la confiabilidad y consistencia de la escala, permitiendo su replicación.
