Entrepreneurial attitude is a fundamental issue of careers, manifested through both the starting-up of a new company and the creation of or contribution to internal projects. This article analyses and discusses typical problems of entrepreneur attitude within the dynamics and changes in careers. Passion and autonomy energize the search for new ventures laying the foundations of changes in careers. Due to the crescent demand of entrepreneurs and organizational ambidestry, this article scrutinizes other features implied in career dynamics, such as identity adaptation, interfaces with new social networks and the development of new skills and knowledge as ways of reaction to new problems. Greater challenges are within these problems thus giving to entrepreneurship means for the fertilization of careers.Metrics
